Our New Mini Van!

We decided with having a third child that a mini van would be very nice. So, although my Trailblazer is not old, we needed the extra space with having three car seats (or boosters). We picked up the van on Friday. I have not driven it much, but I am sure I will. I did like having my Trailblazer, but Carl is going to keep it and drive it. So, I'll at least get to drive it some! I told my sister-n-law Judith that we decided to join all of them, since we are the last to get a van. Carl did not know if he was ready for a van, but he already likes it. It had eighteen miles on it when we picked it up, but with our IN trips and Avery starting school, I am sure we will add them up fast!

Vicki took the kids and I to see "The House at Pooh Corner"on Friday. The boys loved it and are still talking about it. We even got to ride there in Pa's new Hummer.

Happy Birthday Heather!

Happy 30th Birthday to my sister-n-law Heather! It is good to see she is still a kid at heart, even at 30! This was taken at Christmas. Doug and Vicki got this teeter totter for our boys and Chad and Adileah's boys. Auntie Heather was having fun with Preston.

Busy Weekend!!

Tonight we are going to our good friends in Kalamazoo for dinner. Greg and Ellen have two boys, also. I am sure we will all have a blast. On the way, I am going to run into Motherhood. My favorite store right now! Chad and Adileah are coming in late tonight, but tomorrow we are having lunch with them and then tomorrow night we are having our church's summer picnic. I am sure I will have some great pictures to post next week! Also, a happy belated birthday to Chad. I hope you had a great day!

Avery's last day of preschool was last Friday! He is growing up so much! He has some teeth that are loose. They had alot going on at school the last two weeks of it. A field trip, bike day, Pa brought in goats for all the kids to see, hold, or drop! They also did a tea day for the parents, which turned out really sweet! So, I do have lots of pictures to post, but I got behind! Will see if I get caught up or not!

Next week we start Bible school. The boys are very excited! I get to teach the nine to twelve year olds. Then on Saturday they always have practice and a little picnic, which happens to be Carl's birthday.
